Spacious apartment had two big bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds with good noise insulation despite the lively nightlife below. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views over Old Nice, the sea, and surrounding mountains visible on clear days. The owner was attentive and responsive while key pick-up from a box was easy for late arrivals. Access required climbing eight flights of stairs which could be challenging for those with mobility issues or small children but was worth it for the unique sunset view in the heart of Old Town close to markets, restaurants, and shops.
