Central location in the Old Town Nice was perfect with easy access to the beach, port, and markets. The apartment was modern and spacious with three air conditioners, two bedrooms each having their own shower and sink, a clean kitchen well equipped with an iron and ironing board in the closet. Some issues were loose towel racks, a broken armchair leg, a fan that fell apart easily, a faulty WC tap without soap or towel, no TV picture in the living room, and internet not working despite promises. Nighttime noise from a nearby jazz club was loud enough to require earplugs for sleep.
