The apartment was spacious, clean, and had A/C in both rooms with an elevator to the 4th floor. The location was perfect in the heart of Nice, close to Place Massena, Cours Saleya, the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and within walking distance of the train station. Parking was available for 20€/day in a garage behind the building. The host personally handed over keys and prepared refreshments while accommodating a late check-in.
