Excellent central location with tram stop right outside the door and beach a short walk away, close to old Nice, restaurants, shops, and supermarket. The apartment was quiet, well equipped with kitchenette, washing machine, air conditioning in the main area and hairdryer, it was comfortable for two people with good bed and extra blankets in the bedroom closet. The building was old but very secure with an elevator (old style cage lift) and clear instructions were provided for key collection by Julien who was easy to contact.
