The apartment was located close to the old town and the beach, offering a quiet environment despite being in the city center. The building housed many offices, contributing to its peaceful atmosphere. The living area was spacious with a separate bedroom and a small balcony overlooking the street. Air conditioning was available, which proved useful during summer months. Late check-in was facilitated easily by an office situated on the same street.
