The apartment was located centrally in Old Town Nice with shops, restaurants, and trams nearby. Robert was very responsive and prepared a simple guide for check-in and check-out while the owners were accommodating with early check-in and late checkout. The apartment was clean, well equipped with new functioning equipment including a washing machine, comfortable beds, and a fan. The location was excellent but there was some noise from downstairs and the street.
