Spacious and comfortable apartment had a large kitchen with everything needed, a balcony shaded by a huge leafy tree, and was located on a small side street in the center of Nice close to shops, railway station, metro, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. The bedroom faced the back court which was quiet for sleeping despite busy traffic during the day. The bed was very comfy but pillows could be better. The shower worked but had lime blockage and some broken items like a cracked window and tricky blinds were present though all functioned well. A washing machine was there along with good storage space. Key pickup was easy even late at night from an agency nearby that opened every day.
