David was a great and exceptionally organised host who arranged early access and followed up with a phone call. The apartment was modern, spacious, spotless, well presented with two bedrooms each having its own ensuite, air conditioning, Smart TVs, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic in the heart of Old Nice close to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, tram and metro stations within 2 minutes walk. The building entrance had no visible name which made it hard to find at first.
