The apartment was well equipped and very clean, located just off Jean Medecin Main Street near Nice Ville station. The location was strategic, with easy access to public transport, shops, and cafes within walking distance. Hot water was always available without waiting time. Air-conditioning worked effectively during warm days. The building stood in a quiet street close to the town center and train station.
