The modern flat was clean, cosy, and well-equipped with kitchen utensils and bathroom essentials. Safe access to the building was provided with two keys. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the city and surrounding hills, especially at night. The location allowed easy access to tram stops, supermarkets, and local markets nearby. The train station was reachable within a 12-minute walk.
