The hotel was located close to the Nice-Ville train station, about 200 meters away, which was very convenient for sightseeing in the France Riviera. The staff were friendly and polite, allowing an early check-in due to an early flight. The room was clean, comfortable with a cozy balcony and had a fridge, windows could be opened and daily housekeeping was provided.
