Great location in the heart of Nice with a lovely, clean studio that had comfortable beds and soundproofing to block outside noise. The host was very attentive, responsive, and helpful, even allowing an early check-in at no extra cost. The apartment had coffee, tea, water in the fridge, a bottle of wine, and a balcony with a priceless view over Vieux Port. Cooking facilities were available in the well-equipped kitchen.
