Very clean, modernly renovated apartment with AC in every room and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee capsules, laundry capsules, washing machine, and dryer. The host was very friendly and attentive, met us at the door to explain everything, allowed early luggage drop-off, and replied quickly to messages. The location was excellent-close to Carrefour supermarket just across the street, tram stops nearby for easy access to downtown Nice and train stations for visiting Monaco or other cities on the French coast. Underground parking was available on request.
