The location was great and very close to the beach, restaurants, Opera de Nice, antique markets, and promenade. The apartment had a small balcony facing the lively street with activity that ceased just after midnight or could be closed with French doors. The room was modern, clean, spacious, two-storey with a toilet upstairs. Breakfast had full menu choice and was served at Pain & Cie nearby. The hosts were lovely and helpful.
