The apartment was spacious, clean, and had beautiful views from the balcony on the promenade with beach clubs across the road. The kitchen was well-equipped with washing machine tabs and dishwasher tabs included, though instructions for the coffee machine and hob were missing. The location was perfect with a tram stop at Fabron five minutes away, supermarkets nearby including Carrefour, an e-bike station, bus stops on the promenade to Nice centre, and easy access from the airport by tram. The owner was kind and welcoming while David from the agency provided very good and prompt communication.
