The apartment is located in the latest state of the building, which should reduce inconvenience but we wanted to inform our customers of the potential inconvenience that could result

Please note that the apartment is located on the 5th floor and the elevator stops at the 4th floor so guests will have to take the stairs from the 4th floor up to the apartment. Access to the apartment maybe difficult for persons with reduced mobility.

Please note that the maximum occupancy includes children. A baby bed can be rented for a EUR 20 extra fee per stay, upon prior request.

Please note that PayPlug and PayPal are the only accepted methods of payment.

The apartment should be vacant prior to your arrival, check-in may be possible earlier. Please contact the property for more information.

Guests access the apartment on their own and the property meet them for the check-in the day after, between 8.30am and 9.30am, at Guest's convenience.At Oli's Flat Nice, guests under 18 may only check in if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Exceptional cleanliness and quietness, well equipped with kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine, and a beach umbrella, the apartment had a comfortable bed with a view across Nice roofs. The location was excellent—5 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to the train station and old city center—and hosts were very responsive with helpful instructions and an in-room binder.
