Situated in the heart of Old Town Nice, the apartment offered a perfect location close to restaurants, cafes, and the beach. The accommodation was spotless and equipped with modern amenities including air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, and a fully stocked kitchen. Hosts provided excellent communication and a warm welcome upon arrival. Nearby conveniences included an ice cream parlor, bakery, and shops just outside the staircase. The property was located up three flights of stairs in a secure block beside a gelato bar.
