The apartment was beachfront with a small balcony overlooking the beach, promenade, and sunrise, and it had air conditioning. The location was perfect across from the Boulevard des Anglais beach with tram and metro stops within 2 minutes' walk, making access to town and airport convenient. The apartment was spacious for 3-4 guests with a well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom, excellent cleanliness, noise insulation from traffic, and reliable internet.
