The house was clean, charming, and comfortable with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dishwasher. The owner Mrs Lydia and her daughter were kind, helpful, and gave a thorough introduction to the house. The garden had citrus trees where fruits could be picked, with a lounge area perfect for relaxing evenings. Parking was convenient with two spots in a gated estate close to the beach promenade, tram stop about 3 minutes away, bakery nearby with perfect baguettes, shops within walking distance, and public transport connecting to Nice city center in 30 minutes.
