Patricia was a very helpful and welcoming host who communicated immediately when needed and gave useful information about local supermarkets, restaurants, train and tram stations. The apartment was very clean with air conditioning in every room, a modern shower room with plenty of hot water, two double bedrooms, a separate toilet from the bathroom, a large living/dining area with kitchen facilities including a washing machine and even a baby crib. The building had an elevator which was convenient for luggage or strollers. The location was just meters from the Promenade d’Anglais and beach with numerous shops, bakeries, butchers and restaurants on the doorstep, the old town was within 15 to 20 minutes walk while the train station could be reached by an alley opposite the front door in about 15 minutes.
