The apartment was small but well-equipped, providing a comfortable bed and a functional kitchenette. The location was excellent, situated just steps from the tram stop and a block away from the Promenade des Anglais and beach. Nearby amenities included supermarkets, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The accommodation offered easy access to the seafront with a beach chair and umbrella provided. The unit remained surprisingly quiet despite facing the street.
