The apartment was very roomy with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living room, and a patio with great views of the Promenade des Anglais and ocean. The location was excellent, close to old Nice, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, tram and bus stops within walking distance. Linda was a warm and attentive hostess who met us on arrival, explained everything clearly, stayed in contact during our stay, helped with early check-in and left some titbits for us to eat. Parking was free and wide open right on the beach.
