Situated in an excellent location near the old city center, the property offers easy access to tram stations and a short walk to Vieille Ville and the sea. The rooms are spacious with well-equipped kitchenettes including a small refrigerator and ceramic hob. Air conditioning functions efficiently, while bathrooms provide hot water showers. A Carrefour supermarket is conveniently close by, and a washing machine is available on the ground floor for guest use.
